Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange any items purchased directly from Allparts within the last 30 days, you should be able to setup a return in your account from the order detail page if you are not please give one of our friendly sales representatives a call at (713)466-6414 or send a detailed email to allparts@allparts.mom and we will be happy to address your concerns and provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping label. Allparts does not pay for return shipping unless the item is defective, or customer was sent the wrong item.
To make sure your exchange or credit is processed swiftly, and to avoid a return adjustment, ensure any returned items are in their original packaging and are not otherwise damaged or used. Please write the Return Authorization number on the return box where it is visible.

Disclaimer: All items must have a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to being sent back to Allparts. Products returned without an RA will be refused.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
